Liezel has more than three decades of experience across Human Resources, Learning & Development and organisational capability. Her background spans strategic and operational HR, employee relations, talent management, succession planning, performance management, leadership development, organisational capability, learning design and large-scale program delivery.

She has worked in multinational environments and has designed, implemented and managed learning and capability programs for diverse employee groups across local and global settings.

Her learning experience includes onboarding, leadership and management development, compliance learning, role-specific capability programs and large-scale development initiatives where successful learning depends on practical workplace application.
